TOUR GUIDE ~
Allyson
I’m Allyson Owen Keller,
and most people call me Ally.

I’m a lifelong observer, collector of questions,
and gentle translator of inner experience.
For years, I’ve been paying attention to the small,
often overlooked moments that shape who we become... how clarity arrives, how self-trust grows,
and how learning sometimes feels less like effort and more like remembering.

I don’t see myself as someone who has answers
to hand out. I see myself as a Tour Guide...
someone who points out landmarks, shares stories from the road, offers a few maps, and trusts you to recognize what feels true for you.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be or how to get there, but to walk alongside you as you learn
to hear your own inner knowing more clearly.

I believe clarity comes from listening inward,
not striving harder.
And that who we really are
is something we uncover gently, over time.

I’m glad you’re here!
I’m happy to walk a bit of the way with you.
JOURNEY TO
Avenues of Knowing
"I asked for a name that matched my initials. The Universe said, 'A.O.K.' ”

I’ve spent a long time imagining this moment.
A red canoe,
just offshore.
A lighthouse
in the distance.
Not calling out instructions... just steady, present,
quietly reminding us where solid ground is.
That’s how Avenues of Knowing came to be.
This space grew from years of quiet wondering, observing, learning, unlearning, and listening—especially to that inner voice that knows when it’s time to paddle, when it’s time to drift, and when it’s time to pause and look around.
It isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about learning to trust the deeper knowing that’s already there.
Avenues of Knowing isn’t a program to complete or a belief system to adopt.
It’s a landscape to explore.
Here, you’ll find reflections, stories, journals, and creative tools... some playful, some contemplative, yet all offered as gentle landmarks along the way.
There’s no pressure to arrive at a
particular outcome. No rigid steps. Just space to explore clarity, perspective, and self-understanding at your own pace.
Even this place is still expanding!

New avenues continue to open through writing, art, storytelling, and guided reflections—because clarity unfolds over time, and knowing isn’t a destination.
